Seriously, over a month since my last post. Summer is obviously a little busy, and I don't even have kids. The new hospital is taking up quite a bit of time for both Jon and me. We have also been trying to DO things. Then last week, my computer cable broke, so I wasn't able to get online or access any of my pictures. I promise I was thinking about blogging last week. Really.
First, look who came to see me on his way to Idaho! Mitch and Jon got along fabulously, but we were pretty busy for the weekend he was here. I think he had a good time before heading up to Alaska to do some field work.
We have done some camping at the coast with Jon's mom and Fred. I love going to the coast! Toni and Fred have a West Villa camping trailer, so we usually just pitch out tent on their lot. Super fun!
Then we had the Olympic Trails here in Eugene, and I tried to avoid any possible communication with the outside world. Actually it wasn't that bad. Just lots of people around.
My favorite part of the last couple of weeks has most definitely been the Eugene Country Fair. It's basically a big huge hippie fest out in the middle of the forest. I made a really cute mini album with pictures that I will share before the week is over. I promise!!
Sorry it has taken me so long to blog. I hope there are still some of you out there checking in!
